The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Art Director to join our Creative team in Copenhagen. This is a hands-on role: you will support our Creative Director and own the execution of Reform’s creative direction, from concept to finished delivery across all visual touchpoints.
Working closely with marketing, product development and external creative partners, you will ensure a consistent, high-quality visual expression across the brand and act as the creative anchor for the team on the days the Creative Director is not present. Because the creative team is small, the role is broad - you’ll move easily between setting direction and producing content yourself. The position reports to the Creative Director and does not include direct personnel management.
What You'll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading art direction on brand storytelling and exploration: launches, campaigns and designer stories, from concept to final assets.
- Producing content yourself, not only directing others, across photo, video and digital formats.
- Leading photo and video productions, and briefing photographers, stylists and other suppliers.
- Developing brand guidelines in collaboration with the Creative Director, and leading the production of the updated brand book.
- Creating and maintaining design and visual guidelines, image principles and templates for the team and external partners.
- Building and maintaining Reform's brand assets.
- Applying the brand to product and digital touchpoints in collaboration with product development and IT.
- Spatial design as needed, such as showrooms, exhibitions and events.
- Ensuring quality and consistency across all channels, markets and materials, from digital to print.
Who You Are
To succeed in this role, we expect that you:
- Have at least 4 years of full-time experience after your education.
- Have a background from an agency or studio environment, where you've learned to work broadly across disciplines and projects.
- Can execute at a high level, even under unclear or evolving briefs.
- Work independently, with good judgment, and don't need to be closely managed.
- Take ownership of your projects and make sure they succeed within the frame you're given.
- Are proficient in Adobe and Figma.
It would be a plus if you:
- Have experience from a strong, internationally recognised brand.
- Have experience working independently or freelance.
- Have experience with print production.
