Medical Director
We are building a new type of medical clinic dedicated to advancing women’s health across all stages of life. Our starting point is hormonal health - because hormones influence everything from energy, metabolism and cognition to emotional balance, recovery and long-term health outcomes. Yet for many women, hormonal changes across life stages are still poorly understood, under-diagnosed, or treated through fragmented care. Our ambition is to change that.
We are therefore looking for a Medical Director and potential Co-Founder who shares our belief that women deserve a far more intelligent, respectful and proactive approach to their biology and long-term health.
The role
As Medical Director, you will play a central role in shaping the medical foundation of the
clinic. You will work closely with the founder and collaborate with international advisors and
partners to develop a progressive model of care focused on prevention, early intervention
and long-term healthspan.
The clinic will initially focus on hormonal health, including:
- Cycle health
- Perimenopause and menopause
- Metabolic and hormonal balance
- Hormone replacement therapy where appropriate
Over time, the ambition is to expand the model into a broader female healthspan platform
supporting women through the biological transitions and health challenges that occur
across life.
Patients will be supported through an integrated ecosystem that combines:
- Advanced laboratory diagnostics
- Medical consultation and treatment
- Hormonal therapies where appropriate
- Lifestyle interventions including nutrition, movement, sleep and stress regulation
- Evidence-based health and recovery rituals
- Ongoing monitoring and long-term health optimization
Responsibilities
- Serve as Medical Director for the clinic
- Provide medical consultations and prescribe hormone therapies where appropriate
- Contribute to the development of evidence-based treatment protocols and clinical
frameworks - Help shape the clinic’s medical philosophy and long-term vision
- Collaborate with our international advisory board of leading experts in women’s
health and hormonal medicine - Integrate medical treatment with diagnostics, lifestyle interventions and preventive
health strategies - Ensure the clinic operates according to high medical and ethical standards
- Over time, the role may also include helping to build and lead a broader clinical
team.
Profile we are looking for
We are looking for a medical professional who is both clinically rigorous and intellectually
curious, and who believes that women’s health deserves a more forward-thinking and
preventive model.
Relevant backgrounds may include:
- Gynecology
- Endocrinology
- A physician with strong experience in preventive, functional or integrative medicine
You should:
- Be licensed to practice medicine in Denmark
- Be able to prescribe hormone therapies
- Have a strong interest in female hormonal health and life-stage medicine
- Be curious about the intersection between medicine, lifestyle and preventive health
- Be excited about helping build a new medical concept from the ground up
Experience with preventive medicine, longevity medicine or integrative health approaches is an advantage, but not required.
