The position
You will be responsible for driving and developing our online sales performance across e-tailers in EMEA. With a strong commercial mindset and a data-driven approach, you will build and grow strategic partnerships, ensuring both short-term results and long-term scalable growth.
In collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will:
- Secure and exceed sales targets through structured online sales initiatives
- Manage and develop partnerships with key e-tailers across EMEA
- Translate partnerships into measurable commercial results
- Drive and execute commercial performance plans
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across markets and partners
- Drive digital shelf excellence and maximize brand visibility to improve conversion and sell-out performance
- Activate partners through data-driven initiatives to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue
- Prepare and execute annual sales plans and forecast sustainable growth
- Track and analyze key sales metrics such as conversion rates, AOV, and campaign performance, turning insights into concrete actions
- Use CRM systems to manage opportunities, customer dialogue, and pipeline development
- Prepare structured reports and performance overviews to support decision-making and continuous optimization
Your profile
We are looking for a commercially strong and execution-focused profile who thrives in a digital sales environment and can turn insights into tangible results.
- Minimum 3 years of experience within online and B2C sales, ideally with large retailers or design/lifestyle e-tailers
- Strong understanding of digital sales, marketing tools, and CRM systems
- Analytical and structured, with the ability to translate data into actions
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented in your approach
- Commercially aware and customer-focused, with strong partnership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). German is an advantage
