The Role
We are hiring a Head of Operations - hire number four and one of the most important early leaders in the company. You will build the operational backbone of Everyday. This is not a corporate operations role. This is a build-from-zero role.
You will design, implement, and scale the systems that take us from our first installations to thousands of homes across Europe. You will work directly with the founders and become a core member of the leadership team.
If the product defines the experience, operations define the company.
What You’ll Own
Installation & Field Operations
- Design the installation playbook from scratch
- Define commissioning protocols and QA standards
- Structure installer contracts, SLAs, and performance incentives
- Personally oversee early installations to ensure precision and repeatability
Installer Network & Regional Rollout
- Identify and onboard high-quality installation partners
- Build certification and training frameworks
- Establish performance dashboards and scorecards
- Lead geographic expansion planning and execution
Service & Warranty Infrastructure
- Design the long-term service model
- Define escalation workflows and preventive maintenance processes
- Establish warranty tracking and cost controls
- Protect gross margin through operational discipline
Supply Chain & Readiness
- Coordinate with OEM partners on forecasting and availability
- Build inventory and logistics processes that scale
- Anticipate bottlenecks and resolve them before they impact customers
Team Building
- Recruit and lead regional field operations managers
- Build a culture of ownership, precision, and accountability
- Scale the operations organization as new products and markets are introduced
Who You Are
You have:
- 8-15 years of experience in field operations, electrification, HVAC, solar, or a comparable hardware-driven sector
- Experience building or scaling installer networks
- First-hand exposure to high-growth environments (e.g., Enpal, Aira, 1Komma5°, Thermondo, or similar)
- Managed installation quality, service operations, and warranty exposure
- Built systems and processes - not just optimized existing ones
You are:
- Hands-on and comfortable in the field
- Structured but pragmatic
- Energized by building something from scratch
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Confident enough to challenge founders when needed
- Ready to travel extensively in the first 12–18 months

- A corporate middle manager
- A process-only operator detached from execution
- Someone who needs an established machine to succeed
