Bodylab is the leading Sport Nutrition & Fit Lifestyle brand in Denmark and are represented in Salling Group, Coop, Dagrofa, Matas, Coop, Q8 and have several big customers in the Nordics & Europe. With the continuous growth in B2B, Bodylab now needs to expand and strengthen the KAM team to secure future growth.
The Junior Key Account Manager at Bodylab will play an important role in supporting Bodylab’s continued growth and market position, primarily in the Danish market.
As part of the Key Account Management team, the Junior Key Account Manager will contribute to maintaining, developing, and strengthening sales with Bodylab’s most important customers.
The role will be focused on building and strengthening customer relationships, while also driving sales growth with existing customers. In addition, the Junior Key Account Manager will be responsible for increasing distribution by identifying and developing new customers within grocery, convenience, and selected fitness chains.
Responsibilities and duties:
- P&L and budget responsibility for own customer portfolio
- Focus on assortment optimization and sales initiatives tailored to each customer’s needs
- Commercial and operational responsibilities, including budgets, forecasts, assortment and listings, annual plans, campaigns, and related activities
- Prepare and present promotional campaigns and activities in line with customer agreements
- Plan and conduct annual negotiations and customer meetings in close collaboration with the Key Account Manager and the sales organization
- Build and develop strong relationships with key customers and ensure mutually valuable collaboration
- Prepare analyses and performance measurements for both internal and external use
- Conduct annual negotiations with buyers
- Prepare and present customer plans to the external sales force
Qualifications:
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience as Jr. KAM/Account Manager or Sales Coordinator
- Experienced working with Danish retail & convenience
- Good negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
- Display strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills
- Higher education, preferably commercially oriented
