Brand Manager

Job Overview

The Brand Manager is responsible for driving brand growth and consumer engagement through strategic marketing, consumer insights, innovation, and retail activation initiatives. The role requires a creative and commercially minded profile with a strong passion for trends, consumer behavior, and concept development, ensuring the brand remains relevant, differentiated, and aligned with market opportunities and consumer needs.

The role leads the Innovation Marketing process, including briefing R&D on new product developments, while ensuring cross-functional alignment and execution.

The position is responsible for managing consumer insights, market research, trend analysis, and brand tracking to support data-driven decision-making and strengthen brand performance. In addition, the role develops and executes brand activations across online, offline, and retail channels to increase visibility, engagement, and commercial impact.

The role also oversees retail assortment, in-store marketing activities, and the development of POS materials to ensure a strong brand presence at point of sale. Furthermore, the Brand Manager manages relevant brand collaborations and partnerships, while supporting ad-hoc projects and cross-functional business initiatives as needed.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Responible and leads concept development and briefing R&D team for new products.
  • Responsible for consumer insights/research and trends.
  • Responsible for analysing consumer data and brand tracking.
  • Responsible for brand activation online and offline.
  • Responsible for retail assortment and activation.
  • Responsible for instore activation and POS materials in retail.
  • Responsible for brand collaborations.
  • Other Ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as Brand Manager from FMCG.
  • Minimum Bachelor, or higher, in Business Administration or similar.
  • Solid interest in brand management.
  • Able and interested in collecting, analysing data, track performance and draw conclusions for improvements.
  • Retail experience a plus.
