Content Creator

Job Overview

Overall responsible for content creation, planning, and publishing across social media channels such as Instagram and TikTok, with TikTok as the primary focus. Also responsible for content creation for other channels, including the website, paid media, and newsletters.

The role requires comfort in being the outward-facing presence of the brand and appearing in a significant portion of the produced content. The Content Creator should also be skilled in creating AI-generated content for all channels.

Additionally, responsible for User Generated Content (UGC) and micro-influencer strategies, including content planning, platform management, content creation, and integration across owned channels - primarily paid media, but also social media, newsletters, and the website.

The role also includes follow-up, tracking, and performance analysis of social media and UGC content and campaigns.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Responsible for creating and owning the content plan, primarily for TikTok and Snapchat, as well as other social media channels.
  • Responsible for planning content for upcoming campaigns, launches, and strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Social Media Manager, and ensuring alignment across the content plan and posting schedule.
  • In collaboration with the Social Media Manager (and to some extent the Activation Manager, Art Director, and Copywriter), responsible for creating content across all digital channels, including social media, newsletters, ads, YouTube, and the website.
  • Co-responsible, together with the Social Media Manager, for planning, creating, and participating in training videos for Bodylab to be used as content.
  • Responsible for creating AI-generated content for social media and other channels, including both images and videos, and for maintaining a strong interest in AI and its applications.
  • Responsible for User Generated Content (UGC) and micro-influencer strategy, including content planning, platform management, content creation, and integration across owned channels - primarily paid media, but also social media, newsletters, and the website.
  • Monitors and reports on key campaign metrics to leadership, and shares insights and best practices to continuously improve campaign and asset performance.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Have experience as Digital Content Creator and/or Social Media Manager.
  • Interested and knowledgeable in content creation.
  • Interested and knowledgeable in Ai content creation.
  • Interested and knowledgeable in sports and fitness.
  • Solid interest in social media and the trends and new possibilities on the different platforms.
